Alabama has as rich a natural history as its history.

The US Air Force decided that I needed to move to Alabama some time back. I decided that Alabama was worth investing in. I lived near Wetumpka, in Elmore county. I am a member of the Montgomery Gem and Mineral Society. I have been the Vice President and in charge of Field Trips. Pretty hard to imagine for someone not native to Alabama.

Unfortunately, my service took me to Washington, DC and now Virginia. There are a lot of good things about Virginia, but it isn't Alabama.
